Your advert copy (including text and photographs) must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and comply with the British Code of Advertising as defined by the Advertising Standards Authority. As this is a free to advertise site we reserve the right to remove adverts that we feel are inappropriate for any reason.

Use of Personal Data

By filling in the form and clicking the "Place Advert" button, you are requesting that your advert appears on this web site. This means that the details you supply including your telephone number and e-mail address can be viewed by anyone with internet access. By clicking the "Place Advert" button you are consenting to the publication of your data on the internet.

UKWebAd will not pass details of expired adverts to any third party.

The copyright of all adverts (including text and photographs) shall be owned by UKWebAd and by clicking the "Place Advert" button you assign all such copyright to UKWebAd.

Business Disclosure

The Business Advertisements (Disclosure) Order 1977 requires that all persons selling goods in the course of a business must make that fact clear to potential purchasers. We have provided a facility within our advert submission form where you must select "Trade" if you fall into this category. Your advert will include the word 'Trade' indicating that you are selling the advertised goods in the course of your business.

Amendments and Removal of Adverts

After placing an advert it will automatically be removed after approximately 30 days. If you need the advert amending or removing during this period you can contact us with the information of what is required and we will endeavour to make the necessary updates as soon as possible. As this is a free to advertise site we do not give any guarantees on how quickly these updates will be made.

Our liability to people buying items advertised on this site

We cannot accept any liability for losses or damages caused to persons buying or attempting to buy items that appear in any adverts placed on this web site. Therefore, you are strongly advised to satisfy yourself that the advertiser has provided accurate information and has the right to sell the goods, before making any payment.

Our liability to people selling items by advertising on this site

We cannot accept any liability for losses or damages caused to persons selling or attempting to sell items by using this web site. Therefore, you are strongly advised to make sure you have received full payment for any item before releasing the item to a potential buyer.
